A few years ago I visited my cousin, who lives in Boston since 1989. He showed me a photo album and on one page there was this picture of me. I couldn’t believe my eyes! I was 7 years old, wearing my grandfathers hat and vest and holding a real Cajun toy accordion. I was acting like an “old man in the street”, but I totally forgot that moment and that I had that accordion, until I discovered this picture. Twenty five years later I will begin to photograph these kinds of men…
