Our team
Sjaña Holloway is an industrial engineer & psychologist, focused on human performance and behavior. She holds degrees from UC Santa Cruz (BA), Leiden University (MS) and TU/Eindhoven (PhD). She has worked internationally as a counselor, coach, and consultant for university level professionals in business, education and the arts. In 2016, Dr. Holloway founded E. T. P. Enterprise, a small international company, and has continued to work with university students and professionals through various organizations such as The Netherlands-American Foundation (NAF), TU/Eindhoven, Nyenrode, UvA and the Fulbright.
